Mindful Yoga Group for Trauma Recovery

This yoga group will focus on healing from past trauma through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, as well as time for group processing and reflection. The class will meet for 6 weeks, and begins Wednesday, February 28th from 6:30-7:45pm at my Wheat Ridge office (42nd and Kipling). Participants will walk away with information about trauma, coping skills, and techniques to aid in trauma recovery. Pre-registration is required. Cost is $25.00/group.
